Website and Content Studio
Vayna helps turn a blank or underperforming website into a structured draft system: page hierarchy, homepage and service copy, SEO briefs, blog drafts, social drafts, content calendar, legal page drafts for review, and CRM-connected contact forms.
What the studio creates
The studio is draft-only in Phase 8B. It helps teams create useful website and content work without pretending it is published, legally final, or ready to run without review.
Structured websites
Create page hierarchy and folder structure before drafting copy.
Page drafts
Draft homepage, about, contact, privacy, and terms pages for review.
SEO briefs
Generate keyword ideas, metadata drafts, internal links, and content gaps.
Content drafts
Prepare blog and social drafts without posting anywhere.
Content calendar
Organize draft, review, approved, and scheduled-later placeholders.
CRM forms
Map contact forms to future CRM contact, lead, task, and note behavior.
Structure before content chaos.
Vayna starts with a page and folder hierarchy so the website has a clean map before drafts begin. Then it creates reviewable page copy, SEO notes, content ideas, and contact form routing.
- Homepage draft
- About page draft
- Contact page with CRM routing
- Privacy and terms drafts for review
- No autopublishing
- No social posting
Approval workflow
Approval means ready for manual use or later export. It does not publish pages, send emails, post to social, or make legal claims.
Draft
Pending approval
Approved for manual use
Rejected with reason
Does Vayna publish pages automatically?
No. The Website and Content Studio is draft-only. Publishing remains a later, explicit, approved workflow.
Are privacy and terms pages legal advice?
No. Legal page drafts are marked for review and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before use.
Can contact forms route to CRM?
The studio drafts the routing plan for contacts, leads, opportunities, notes, tasks, and logs so implementation has a clear path.
Does Vayna post social content?
No. It can draft social posts and content calendar items, but it does not post to social networks.
Build the structure before buying more traffic.
A better website starts with clear pages, clear CTAs, safe forms, and a content rhythm your team can approve.
