30-Day Revenue Recovery Pilot
Thirty days to prove Revenue Recovery works for your business.
One workflow, one location, thirty days. Vayna finds missed calls, unanswered forms, stale estimates, and old leads, prepares the next action, and a person stays in control the whole time.
The problem this fixes
Most missed revenue at a home-service business isn't a marketing problem — it's a follow-up problem. A call goes unanswered after hours. A web form sits for two days. An estimate goes stale because nobody circled back. An old lead in the CRM never gets a second look. Each one is a job that was already close to won.
Who this is for
Owner-led home-service businesses that receive at least 30 valuable calls, forms, estimates, or inquiries per month: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pest control, garage-door services, restoration, landscaping/tree services, cleaning, appliance repair, and remodeling.
What's included
Revenue Leak Snapshot
A review of where calls, forms, estimates, and old leads are slipping before anything is configured.
One defined workflow
Missed-call, unanswered-form, stale-estimate, or old-lead review — scoped to what actually applies to your business.
One lead/CRM intake path
Mapped to how you already take in calls, forms, and estimates. No CRM replacement.
Approved follow-up message library
Every message is written and approved before the pilot starts. Nothing improvised.
Human escalation rules
You decide what requires a person before anything goes out.
Safe-test period
Verified against real (but non-customer-facing) conditions before anything touches a real lead.
Weekly recovery report
What was found, what was recovered, what needs your attention.
30-Day Proof-of-Value Report
A final accounting of the pilot at day 30, before any continuation decision.
One designated customer approver
A single named person on your side who reviews and approves.
What's not included
Custom software development, multiple locations, multiple workers, a website rebuild, Content Studio, lead-generation guarantees, cold SMS, unsupervised outreach, unapproved integrations, autonomous pricing or discounts, and legal, medical, or financial advice. These stay out of scope so the pilot stays fast, bounded, and safe.
Timeline
A short review identifies whether a practical recovery workflow exists.
A 25–30 minute call confirms the problem, the workflow, access needed, and your approval rules.
The workflow is configured and verified before it touches a real customer interaction.
Bounded activation. Weekly reports. You stay in control of every escalation.
A final report at day 30. You decide to continue, expand, or stop.
Human controls
Nothing contacts your customers without the approval rules you set. Vayna prepares — drafts, findings, recommended next actions — and a person decides. No autonomous pricing, discounts, or refunds. No unsupervised outreach.
Required access
Access to your existing lead/CRM intake path (even if informal), and a named approver who can confirm follow-up rules and review weekly reports. No CRM replacement is required.
Price
Founding Partner Pilot (first 5 customers): $750 setup + $250/month, 90-day initial commitment, $1,000 due at Checkout. The founding monthly rate is locked for 12 months.
Standard Revenue Recovery Pilot(after the first 5): $1,500 setup + $500/month, 90-day initial commitment, $2,000 due at Checkout. Same scope — the price reflects a more proven implementation, not additional features.
Expansion beyond the first location, workflow, or integration requires a separately approved offer.
Delivery, not revenue
If Vayna fails to install the Revenue Recovery Worker, configure the approved follow-up system, and deliver the first Revenue Recovery Report within 14 days after receiving the required access, Vayna refunds the setup fee. This guarantees delivery Vayna controls — it does not guarantee revenue.
What happens after the Lead Leak Check?
A team member reviews it, confirms whether the pilot is a fit, and schedules a 20-30 minute discovery call before anything is proposed.
Does the discovery call automatically lead to a proposal?
No. Discovery findings are reviewed before any offer is prepared.
What if we're not ready after the pilot?
The 30-Day Proof-of-Value Report is a decision point, not a renewal trap. You can continue, expand, or stop.
Can pricing be customized?
The two published offers are fixed. Additional locations, workflows, or integrations require a separately approved offer — never an improvised discount.
Will this replace our CRM?
No. The pilot maps to your existing intake path rather than replacing it.
