Security safeguards for governed digital work

Security describes the data and system controls behind Vayna. Safety describes operational controls such as approvals, safe-test mode, and human review. Both matter before digital workers are allowed to do consequential work.

Verified safeguards in the current Vayna model

These are practical controls Vayna can describe publicly today. No certification, compliance, or uptime claims are made here unless they have been separately verified and approved.

Customer isolation

Customer workspaces and records are separated by design so one customer workflow does not become another customer's context.

Role-based access

Founder, admin, operations, sales, support, customer, and system-worker roles are scoped around what each user can view or approve.

Human approvals

Customer-facing or consequential work can be held for review before it is sent, synchronized, or marked complete.

Audit history

Approvals, task state changes, denied actions, CRM sync results, diagnostics, and worker outcomes are logged for review.

Safe-test mode

Workers prove behavior with bounded tasks before live actions expand.

Usage controls

Worker tasks can carry cost limits, token limits, queue status, and approval requirements.

Private worker infrastructure

Worker execution stays behind Vayna's application boundary and is not exposed as a public customer endpoint.

Controlled CRM synchronization

CRM updates use mapped provider paths and safe status reporting rather than exposing provider secrets publicly.

Sanitized diagnostics

Diagnostics identify failures without printing secrets, private tokens, or sensitive payloads.

Backup procedures

Runtime and CRM data backups are operated as part of the managed environment where configured.

What this page does not claim

Vayna does not publicly claim third-party certifications, regulated-industry compliance, external testing reports, guaranteed service levels, or encryption certifications unless those claims are verified and approved.
